These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tasks PK's Website. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tasks PK if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if between 13-18) to use this Service.
  • You must be a resident of Pakistan (or use the site from a supported region).
  • You are allowed to create only ONE account. Multiple accounts created by the same person or on the same device will result in a permanent ban.

2. User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using VPNs, proxies, or any tool to mask their real IP address.
  • Using bots, auto-clickers, or scripts to complete tasks.
  • Submitting fake proofs for tasks (e.g., uploading the same screenshot for multiple tasks).
  • Abusing the referral system by creating fake accounts.

3. Earning and Payments

  • Earnings are credited to your Tasks PK wallet upon successful completion and approval of tasks.
  • Withdrawals: You can request a withdrawal via JazzCash or EasyPaisa once you reach the minimum threshold (currently Rs. 50).
  • Tasks PK reserves the right to hold or cancel payments if suspicious activity is detected on your account.
  • Processing time for withdrawals is typically 24-48 hours.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tasks PK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
